Parable Of The Forest
Yahweh's Creation Declares HIM
Why don’t you take a walk through the woods, and see how wonderful Yahweh is?

Do you see the bushes, blossoming with white flowers? But Yahshua is so much more wonderful than these. And sweeter too. Sweeter than those honeysuckles up yonder. I am the Rose of sharon, and the Lily of the valleys. (Song of Solomon 2:1)

Sit and rest awhile on the soft moss. Look, Yahweh’s heart is so tender, so much softer than the moss. Yahweh is full of pity, and of tender mercy. (James 5:11)

Oh, and there’s the stream. "Whosoever drinketh of this water shall thirst again." (John 4:13) But Yahshua is the Living Water, and He quenches our thirst eternally. We don’t need to keep coming back to get a drink. He’s always with His children, satisfying them. Yahshua answered and said unto her, "Whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life." (John 4:14)

Behold, the foliage all around. Two thousand years ago, Yahshua came to earth, and He grew up as a tender plant in dry ground. Scoffed at and rejected. Do you see how you step on the plants as you walk? Many are the grievances that Yahshua bears. Many are the people who tread Him underfoot. Who hath believed our report? and to whom is the arm of Yahweh revealed? For He shall grow up before Him as a tender plant, and as a root out of a dry ground: He hath no form nor comeliness; and when we shall see Him, there is no beauty that we should desire Him. He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from Him; He was despised, and we esteemed Him not. (Isaiah 53:1-3)

It’s getting dark. Do you see that tree up ahead? Yahshua died, nailed to a tree, to pay the price for our sins. "For the wages of sin is death..." (Romans 6:23a) "Surely He hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of Yahweh, and afflicted. But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon Him; and with His stripes we are healed. All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and Yahweh hath laid on Him (that is, on Yahshua) the iniquity of us all. He was oppressed, and He was afflicted, yet He opened not his mouth: He is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so He openeth not his mouth. He was taken from prison and from judgment: and who shall declare His generation? for He was cut off out of the land of the living: for the transgression of my people was He stricken. And He made his grave with the wicked, and with the rich in His death; because He had done no violence, neither was any deceit in his mouth. Yet it pleased Yahweh to bruise Him; He hath put Him to grief: when Thou shalt make His soul an offering for sin, He shall see seed, He shall prolong days, and the pleasure of Yahweh shall prosper in His hand. He shall see of the travail of His soul, and shall be satisfied: by His knowledge shall My righteous servant (Yahweh’s righteous servant, that is, Yahshua) justify many; for He shall bear their iniquities. Therefore will I divide Him a portion with the great, and He shall divide the spoil with the strong; because He hath poured out his soul unto death: and He was numbered with the transgressors; and He bare the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors. (Isaiah 53:4-12)Do you sense His love? His unmatchable love?

Yahshua rose to life, and went to heaven to be with Yahweh again. He wants to raise you to true life in Him. "... the gift of Yahweh is eternal life through Yahshua Messiah our Master." (Romans 6:23b) He is waiting to give you His gift of life. It is your choice whether or not you will accept it. Yahweh says, "I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live: that thou mayest love Yahweh thy Mighty One, and that thou mayest obey His voice, and that thou mayest cleave unto Him: for He is thy life, and the length of thy days..." (Deuteronomy 30:19-20) Will you come and receive the Life that Yahweh is offering you? Will you give your life to Him? If you will, He will gladly give you joy and peace, truth and the reward of everlasting life.

Read the Scriptures to learn more about who Yahweh and Yahshua are, and what they are like. The Scriptures will also tell you what Yahweh expects of those who want to truly follow Him. Below are a few pointers about what Yahweh expects of His people.

1. We must believe on Yahshua as the Messiah and Savior of mankind, and the only way to life eternal. Believe on the Master Yahshua Messiah, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house. (Acts 16:31) Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. (Acts 4:12) Yahshua saith unto him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me." (John 14:6)

2. We must keep Yahweh’s Law. This means that we must have His Law in our hearts. Yahweh says, And these words which I command thee this day shall be in thine heart. (Deut. 6:6) "For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days," saith Yahweh, "I will put My laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts, and I will be to them a Mighty One, and they shall be to Me a people." (Heb. 8:10) When we have Yahweh’s Law written on our hearts, then of course, we keep it too. That does not mean it will always be easy, but Yahweh calls us to keep His Law even when it is difficult. He says, "Ye shall diligently keep the commandments of Yahweh your Mighty One, and His testimonies, and His statutes, which He hath commanded thee. And thou shalt do right and good in the sight of Yahweh, that it may be well with thee, and that thou mayest go in and possess the good land which Yahweh sware unto thy fathers." (Deut.6:17-18) Yahshua says, "If ye love Me, keep My commandments." (John 14:15)

3. We must believe that the Scripture is Yahweh’s Word, that it is truth, and that it endures forever. Thy Word is true from the beginning, and every one of Thy righteous judgments endureth forever. (Ps. 119:160) Yahshua said to Yahweh, "Set them (Thy people) apart through Thy truth; Thy Word is truth." (John 17:17)

4. We must believe that Yahweh is over all, and that we are accountable to Him for the way we live our lives. So then every one of us shall give account of himself to Yahweh. (Romans 14:12)

There are many more beautiful things we may discover in the Scriptures. Search them diligently, and pray for wisdom from Yahweh, the Most High.

Yahweh bless you! Peace be unto you, in His Name!
